Showroom Lighting Sales Representative

Luminosa Light Designs Inc. is a boutique lighting showroom located in the heart of Vancouver's lighting and design neighbourhood, the Armoury District. We specialize in unique and imported luminaries.

We are seeking a responsible, driven, and friendly person to join our thriving team as a full-time employee (Monday - Friday) to provide our customers - from architects and contractors to designers and homeowners - with a lighting solution to every style, home, and project. Help us help our customers' visions come to life with high-quality and unique products sourced from around the world and from local designers.

YOU ARE:

• An outgoing, friendly, and driven person who is passionate about helping people and building lasting relationships
• Reliable, accountable, efficient, and timely
• Driven and self-motivated to learn and grow
• A person with a creative knack for design and detail
• Able to quickly learn and work with our sales systems and computer systems

YOU HAVE:

• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Post-Secondary education in a relevant field

YOU WILL:

• Assist homeowners, contractors, designers, retail clients, and architects with their lighting needs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with customers in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintain detailed records of quotes, sales, projects, customer requests and any other work you undertake
• Assist in maintaining showroom displays to be relevant, fresh, and visually appealing
• Continue to be current with training and internal opportunities
